I am worried this company is a scam. It is 2 weeks since I placed my order and BSTN took my money and I haven't heard anything since. PLEASE DO NOT SHOP HERE. YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR ORDER. This experience could not have been worse

Buyer beware. I purchased a $75 pair of nba shorts from bstn.com on 5/29/21. I paid $15 for 2-5 business day delivery on top of the purchase price. It's now 6/8/21 and I still have not received my purchase. I also have not received any response to my 3 emails that I've sent to customer service. This company has no customer service. Do not buy from this site. It is fraudulent. They will take your payment and you will never receive your item. I will update this review if my situation changes? As is, I'm out close to $100 from this company taking me for a fool.

I ordered a T-shirt on this website with 3-5 days of delivery time. However, after 10 days, didn't hear anything of them. They did not yet responded on my e-mails and if I want to call them, their number is currently not in use. Very dodgy...
Going forward, I DON'T order anymore at this BSTN! Would not recommend this website to anyone.

Worst experience ever! they shipped the wrong shoes not even close to what I had ordered! I have send several emails and returned the product. Almost two months later I haven't got my refund or any actual response from them!

I was dreadded when I found all these bad reviews after placing order with them. But my experience with BSTN was really good. They sent out the order quickly and the sneaker I have recieved was spotless, perfectly packed. So I think I would write a good review for them to share another side of this store :)

Awful company, 3 pairs of shoes stolen (box was ripped open and sneakers taken out) they refused to help at all avoid at all costs extremely dodgy company.

Placed order from UK. Arranged return and it got held at customs for duty payment which should be paid by BSTN and taken off refund. Have emailed multiple times asking to do this. Ignored. Messaged them on Instagram which asked me to email. Said I'd already done this, still ignored. I'm asking to parcel to be returned to me as it's an absolute shambles of a company. Would not recommended.

Don’t buy from this website their dodgy! I find it funny that it took a negative review for me to get a reply back from this company. I ordered on the 14.03.21 and I never received my item or even a response and I’ve been bombarding the company to find out what’s going on with my order. And because I left a negative review someone finally got back to me for the first time. Rest assured I’ll never order from this company again! And I advise no one to either.

Returning products is half price of the product! Bad service.
